Konica KM1024 SHB 6PL Printhead

The Konica Minolta KM1024 SHB print head is a robust, shear mode, piezo on-demand print head that is usable in both binary and 8-level greyscale mode, providing variable drop size and higher print quality without the use of additional print heads. It is an improvement over the KM512 series, offering twice the print width and double the greyscale levels. This print head operates at lower voltages, reducing power consumption. It has 1024 nozzles, a droplet size of 6 pico litre, and a native resolution of 360 dpi. The integrated heater makes it ideal for UV inks and also suitable for solvent inks.
